A subscription will include the following services and products for the people covered:

-Access to a selection of our 54 online competency-courses. These are courses that include theory and practice, and will typically take 1 to 2 weeks each. A large part of each course is practice and trying things out.

-A reward system offering coins that can be used to buy other courses, and badges that motivate students to keep learning.

-For organizational memberships, on your request the Career Cube can add new classes on topics you care about. The topics should fit in the scope of The Career Cube.

-You will have access to competency-specific forums, to exchange views, insights and learnings.

-Organizations have their own community page to share messages. Employees can post messages also.

The courses are set up as rolling presentations with English voice over. And they include optional English or Spanish subtitles.

Both the design and voices vary, as well as the lay out, ensuring an attractive and diverse offering.

The material includes both images and videos, but most of all, it includes practical assignments that can be done in the days following. This way, the content offered allows for quick learning and application.

The courses are created by a team of career and higher ed experts, with excellent backgrounds, including teaching at US West Coast business schools, and exec roles in large and successful companies in the US and Europe.

The material is taken from best practice at large companies, but updated to the latest trends and changes relevant for today’s and tomorrow’s business world.

Buy one course for $/€12.95 (or a rounded equivalent in GBP or AUD). Or get significant discounts for buying course bundles, or taking a subscription. You will have at least 60 days access to a course purchased. Access for course bundles varies by bundle, but will always be at least 4 months.

Our prices are based on the number of users. This could be just you, or tens or hundreds of people when taking an organizational subscription. Then, based on the size of the course bundle, you subscribe to a number of months.

Fees start at $/€6.93 per user per month for collective subscriptions, and $/€19.99 for individual subscriptions. The minimum subscription time is 4 months for a bundle of 16 courses.

The Career Cube is founded and led by Dr. Jeff Leinaweaver and Rogier Rijnja. Jeff is American, works at the University of Washington and has a trackrecord as a professor in West Coast business schools, and HR Expert at renowned US Companies.

Rogier Rijnja, Dutch, is an executive coach and career expert, bringing in a wealth of HR experience in exec and board roles at renowned US and European multinational companies, like Apple, Nike and Amazon.

They are backed up by a network of specialists, including psychologists, educational development experts and business leaders.

Currently we offer two languages: English and Spanish.

All course materials are in English texts and voice overs. However, all key site info is in both English and Spanish.

And all classes are optionally subtitled in either English or Spanish (visible for paying users only).
